About DJ Wrex
Rex has always been surrounded by a musical presence with a strong background in various musical instruments, starting with the piano at age 4 moving onto the trumpet, guitar, and the drums eventually leading to the turntables. DJ Wrex has performed in an array of locations including, Hollywood, Las Vegas, Austin, and San Francisco. He has opened for Busta Rhymes, Colbi Odonis, D12, LMFAO, Hypercrush, Pete Rock, Tech N9ne, Pitbull, Roscoe Umali, Talib Kweli, Little Brother, The Pharcyde, New Boys, Kurupt, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony & The Wutang Clan.
Rex has been hosting weddings, providing top notch DJ and MC services for many happy couples over the past 10 years as well as designing custom mixes catered to bring your special event to life and leave your guests talking about it for years to come.
About Mitchell De Guzman
Hawthorne, California native Mitchell DeGuzman is the night show producer at Los Angeles’ Power 106 FM radio station, “Where Hip Hop Lives,” With only a few years of radio experience but a lifelong love for music and entertainment, he is now producing the #1 night show (Liftoff) in L.A. 7PM to midnight with personalities J Cruz and Justin Credible. DeGuzman takes no breaks in making a name for himself in the entertainment industry with his ultra high energy, determination, and caring work ethic.
After graduating college at Loyola Marymount University with a degree in theater May 2008, the Movin crew at Movin 93.9 FM quickly noticed DeGuzman had a special something in his voice and personality when he grabbed the microphone to announce the music and rallied the crowd at school wide hosted events. It was not long until he was offered a position on the station’s promotional team.
