If you haven’t seen me lately I’ve lost over 30+ lbs and plan to lose about 15-20 more. I’ve been working with my trainer Kevin Asuncion in the morning every week at the gym and at the park and also have learned how to diet. Working out 3-5 times a week I’ve had alot more energy and creative energy as well at work. I’ve also been more focused and productive.
