Let me introduce you to one of the coordinator greats, Sharon Fair from Sweetest Love Events out of Southern California. We asked Sharon some cool questions, check below to learn more about her.

How did you get started?
I originally went to UCLA to become a pharmacist, but I ended up changing my mind to work in the creative field instead. I started planning fashion shows and assisted on weddings. Once I realized how fun it was to help couples feel pure happiness on their wedding day, I ended up falling in love with weddings and never looked back! This is when Sweetest Love Events was created.

Why do you do what you do?
I do it all for the smiles on my couples faces, as well as the lifelong joyful memories they make with their family & friends. I enjoy every second of helping brides & grooms have the wedding day of their dreams, and for me, there is no greater reward!

What continues to excite you about the industry?
We are an industry of love, creativity, and serving others. The people in this industry truly care about their craft and making others happy. I am truly proud to be in this industry and there’s nowhere else I’d rather be.
